Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and no noticeable odour. You’ll also need to provide your order's reference number.
To start your return, you must contact support@generationreaper.com to commence.
Returns made for exchange or change of mind purposes require a one-time out of pocket expense to send back to Generation Reaper.
Returns made in regard to a fault on our behalf are covered through us.
Returns/exchanges require reason behind. Please provide image evidence of any faults to ensure a smooth verification process. Any complaints require discussion prior to fulfilment of return.
Your order's return will be placed on pending/processing, this deems it confirmed for the return process however, be advised that transfer of funds will be held until item/s are received. Exchanges are also held until item/s have been received.
